Pillow Time Yin Yoga Workshop
Grab two pillows and join fellow yogies on the mat for a workshop that will help you create a simple evening
practice for reducing stress and peaceful sleep.
Our daily lives, especially around the holidays, may be filled with over-stimulation and a crazy fast pace that we
need a break from. This workshop will focus on a way to dial down from the outside world and compose a daily
self-practice of yoga that combines poses and breathing techniques that will result in:
Deeper and more restful sleep
Greater resilience to stress
Ability to silence the mind and meditate
Chill on your mat with Kat for 100 minutes that will help you stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians
in the body. A Yin practice helps to balance the body's internal organs and systems. Ultimately, this practice leads to a way
to clear the mind of possible unconscious emotions and give your system an opportunity to work through the blockages. This
opening of mind and body creates a sense of peace and supports restful sleep. What a wonderful and much-needed process!
