A wife, mother, cyclist and fitness enthusiast, Patti took her first yoga class in 2005, immediately recognizing a new path. The non-judgemental, non-competitive mantra spoke to her on many levels, and provided her the freedom to explore the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits on her own timetable.
Patti began teaching in 2009. In 2013 she completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification. Her most recent continuing education was grounded in a year and a half Power Yoga training and has brought a new level of strength and clarity to her teaching style.
Patti enjoys teaching people of all ages and fitness levels. She believes that for most people yoga starts as a re-introduction to their own bodies. And from there, they learn to breathe, relax, and discover balance, flexibility and strength on and off their yoga mats. Patti mixes several types of yoga into her teaching style, including Vinyasa, Power and Hatha, paying special attention to transitions, alignment, safety, and fun! She loves that everyone of every age and mobility level can enjoy the exploration and the journey of yoga.
Love Vibe Yoga in Village Shopping Center Allen, Tx. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. The instructor Maria was fantastic, warm, prepared and made the class approachable, thematic, and super instructive.
